With these 15 original themes album, Cáceres reach the heart in a simple, direct and deep way, without gimmicks or superfluous voices.
As author and composer, he recovers the African sources of tango and reintroduces the rythms of murga* and milonga**, making of them the base for his creations and giving new impulse to the music of the River Plate.
A versatile artist, Cáceres sings, and plays the piano and trombone, and is surrounded by musicians like Nini Flores in bandoneon*** and accordion, Paul Lazar in violin and some of the most authentic percussionists in Argentina.
Eduardo Makaroff, the Argentian of Gotan Project, is in charge of the artistic production of the album.
